Who we are

Multi-Claude is built by Bryan Parker, an independent developer. The data controller for any personal data described below is Bryan Parker, reachable at hello@multiclaude.app.

What we collect

When you visit multiclaude.app

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people read and how visitors find the site. Google Analytics records your IP address (anonymized by Google before storage), browser type, operating system, referring page, and pages viewed. We do not use this data for advertising and we do not share it with anyone other than Google.

When you buy a license

The purchase is handled end to end by Lemon Squeezy. They collect your email, billing details, and payment information directly. We receive only your email address and the license key tied to your purchase. See Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy for details on their handling.

When you use Multi-Claude

• License activation. When you activate your license, Multi-Claude sends your license key and a short machine label (your computer's hostname plus a fragment of its hardware identifier) to Lemon Squeezy to record the seat. This is the only outbound network call the app makes for licensing.
• Update checks. The app periodically fetches a small version.json file from multiclaude.app to detect new releases. This request is served by Vercel, our hosting provider, which may briefly log the IP address for security purposes.
• Your conversations stay between you and Anthropic. Multi-Claude is a wrapper around the Claude Desktop app. Your chats go directly to Anthropic via Claude Desktop. We never see your messages, your account credentials, or anything inside Claude.

Third parties we rely on

• Google Analytics: site analytics.
• Lemon Squeezy: payments and license keys.
• Vercel: website hosting.
• GitHub: hosting the release DMG you download.

Cookies

multiclaude.app sets only the cookies required by Google Analytics (_ga and _ga_*), used to distinguish unique visitors. They expire after two years. We do not use advertising, social, or third-party tracking cookies.

If you would rather not be counted, install the Google Analytics Opt-Out browser add-on, or use any cookie or content blocker that filters googletagmanager.com.

Retention

• Site analytics: 14 months, then automatically discarded by Google Analytics.
• License records: kept as long as the purchase is active. If you ask us to delete your record, we will deactivate any seats tied to your account and remove the record within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you (it will be your email address and your license key if you have purchased), ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@multiclaude.app and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes that affect what we collect, we will note the change visibly on multiclaude.app for at least 30 days.
